Save the Date: November 14, 2026 - Fayette Rotary Trivia Night
Gather your friends, brush
up on your trivia and get ready for an evening
of fun! The Rotary Club of Fayette will hold its
annual Trivia Night Fundraiser on Saturday,
November 14, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church
Fellowship Hall on Highway 5 in Fayette. Doors
open at 6 p.m., with trivia beginning promptly
at 7 p.m. Teams of 8 to 10 players
can register for $125 per team. Questions will
cover a variety of topics, giving everyone a
chance to contribute to the team’s success.
Special “Dead & Alive” rounds will add a twist
to the competition offering individuals a chance
to win cash prizes. Cash
prizes will go to the top three teams. No one will go hungry
during the evening. A free soup and chili
supper, along with snacks, desserts and drinks,
is included with registration. Set-ups will be
provided, and participants are welcome to bring
their own beverages. A 50/50 raffle will offer
another chance to win while supporting Rotary’s
work. The club will also be
selling $5 raffle tickets for a chance to win
one of four framed prints featuring beautiful
scenes from nature and the changing seasons. The
collection includes “Winter Sunset” by Arnold
Alaniz, a winter scene by Audrey Casey featuring
Door County, Wisconsin, “Spring Blossom” by
Thelma Larry Butler and “Autumn Haven” by David
Maass, featuring wood ducks in a fall setting.
Tickets will be available at Trivia Night, and
the final drawings for all four prints will take
place that evening. Winners do not need to be
present. Proceeds from Trivia Night
and the print raffle will support the Fayette
Rotary Club’s local service projects, including
its support of the Fayette Senior Center, as
well as Rotary International’s effort to
eradicate polio worldwide. Trivia Night is a chance to
enjoy good food, friendly competition and an
evening with friends while helping Rotary make a
difference both locally and around the world. To reserve a table for your

Fayette-Rocheport Cornhole Tournament Raises about $1000 for Polio-Plus

Cornhole Tourney Co-Chair

Rotary Bragging Rights Trophy to Fayette

Jamie Page and Pat Roll.
World
Polio Day, observed Oct. 24, recognizes the
ongoing effort to eradicate polio worldwide. The
Fayette and Rocheport Rotary Clubs marked the
occasion with their annual cornhole tournament
on Oct. 11 at Meriwether’s Café and Grill in
Rocheport.
The tournament featured friendly competition,
prizes and a raffle of framed prints, with
proceeds supporting Rotary International’s
PolioPlus campaign.
Fayette Rotarians Pat Roll and Jamie Page won
the coveted Bragging Rights trophy.
The event raised more than $1,000 to help Rotary
and its partners continue their work toward a
polio-free world. The weather was ideal for an
outdoor event, although temperatures in the 90s
made it a bit too hot for some.
The annual tournament has become a way for the
Fayette and Rocheport clubs to combine
fellowship and fun while supporting the
worldwide effort to eradicate polio.
